Terms of Service

1.1. Posting content involving individuals under 13 years old is strictly prohibited to protect minors.

1.2. Spam, including repetitive posts, advertisements, or off-topic content, is not allowed.

1.3. Do not post explicit, pornographic, or excessively violent material.

1.4. Respect copyright: only share content you own or have permission to post, and credit sources when applicable.

2.1. Sharing malicious links, including phishing sites, malware, or any harmful URLs, is strictly forbidden.

2.2. Attempting to deceive users through fraudulent links or scams will result in immediate sanctions.

3.1. Therapy, attempting to access others’ accounts, or any unauthorized activity is prohibited.

3.2. Actions that harm the site, such as DDoS attacks or exploiting vulnerabilities, will lead to a permanent ban.

3.3. One account per user. Creating multiple accounts to bypass rules is not allowed.

4.1. Treat all users with respect. Harassment, bullying, or discriminatory remarks are not tolerated.

4.2. Use appropriate language; excessive profanity may lead to content removal.

4.3. Keep discussions relevant to the thread or section to maintain a focused community.

5.1. Shinbin uses a virtual currency called Sins (1000 Sins = $1 USD).

5.2. Sins can be earned through participation or purchased for upgrades and features.

5.3. Attempting to manipulate or exploit the Sins system (e.g., through fraud) will result in a ban and loss of Sins.

6.1. Moderators and Admins may edit, move, or delete posts violating these terms.

6.2. Penalties:

• First offense: Warning or content removal.
• Second offense: Temporary suspension (3-7 days).
• Third or severe offense: Permanent ban.

6.3. To appeal a ban, post in the designated section tagging @annabetn. Appeals must be submitted within 7 days.

7.1. Signatures: Limited to 80 characters and must not contain offensive content.

7.2. Threads: Avoid duplicate threads; use the search function before posting.

7.3. To apply for Moderator or Admin roles, create a post tagging @annabetn.

8.1. Shinbin.xyz collects minimal data (username, email) for site functionality only.

8.2. Personal information will not be shared unless required by law.

8.3. Do not share others’ personal details without consent.

9.1. These terms may be updated at any time. Changes will be posted in the Announcements section.

9.2. Continued use of Shinbin.xyz after updates implies agreement to the new terms.
